Summer is coming.

For now, though, it’s a moody Midwest spring. Rain today. Snowed last week.

Tomorrow? Aah, sunny and warm.

Everyone happy tomorrow.

Loss, loss, tie, tie. Finding our form.

A win is coming.

Everyone will be happy tomorrow.

That’s climate. Climate changes.

How do we stay positive though, even in the inevitable darker days?

We call on our beliefs, our ethics, our philosophies, our collective “why”.

That’s culture. Culture persists.

Manage a changing climate by calling on a firm culture.

That’s coaching.

Sunny today, but…

Winter is coming.
